$75 with a Home Inspection
Open building permits can cause major headaches whether you are buying or selling a home
- They can delay closing, costing everyone involved time and money
- Most real estate professionals – attorneys, realtors, inspectors – recommend that clients check for open permits
- Checking can be accomplished through an Open Public Records Act request to the proper authority
- Consumers must:
- Identify the proper municipality and department
- Fill out a OPRA request form, which can be intimidating
- Submit the form, and wait for a response – and follow up when necessary
- Interpret the results, which are often confusing
- The whole process can be time-consuming, tedious, and frustrating.
- Detail Home Inspections makes it easy for you:
- We search electronic records for fast results, where available
- We file an OPRA request on your behalf
- We manage the OPRA process
- The results are then compiled into an easy-to-understand report (see sample)
HOME INSPECTION REPORTS GUARANTEED IN ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY!!!
HIGH-TECH HOME INSPECTIONS!
How can we GUARANTEE a Home Inspection report in 1 Business day? We sequentially go through the home using a TABLET with 3D Inspection Software. We start by inspecting the roof. Once that is complete, we inspect the rest of the exterior. Next is the garage, then we go to the basement and work our way up to the attic. We are creating the report as we go through the home taking pictures, inserting them into the report, and documenting any deficiencies found as we inspect! Being consistent, using a tablet, creating the report as we walk through affords us the ability to give you the BEST REPORT IN THE INDUSTRY in record time! When you see an inspector going through a home using a small cell phone you should know that creating a HIGH-TECH detailed inspection report is not an option for THEM or YOU! That’s why when home buyers want to protect their investment, they call us!
With every inspection, you get the Running Water Test (RWT) Guaranteed!
Sinks, baths, and toilets are often only RANDOMLY tested if at all by most inspection companies. With sink drains rarely looked at!
The RWT Guarantee is that we will turn on every accessible faucet, shower/tub fixture(s), flush every toilet, and check every accessible sink drain for leaks! To prove it you’ll see pictures in the report of all faucets, shower, tub fixture(s) running, and all accessible sink drains…..GUARANTEED!!!!!

ROOF INSPECTIONS
WE DO ROOF INSPECTIONS RIGHT!!! MOST HOME INSPECTORS INSPECT ROOFS FROM THE GROUND WITH BINOCULARS, NOT US!

You will have an inspector inspect your roof via a CAMERA POLE or a FAA LICENSED & INSURED DRONE PILOT at NO extra cost. How many inspection companies can say that?
Home inspectors are not required to walk on roofs, and in fact, it can be harmful to the roof. Shingles are not made to be walked on and can be damaged when under pressure. For their own safety and to prevent damage to the roof, MOST inspectors usually complete the roof inspection from the ground with binoculars. Some will even climb a ladder and look at the roof from the roof edge without ever getting off the ladder.
These methods can detect some problems, but being able to view the roof up close with a is invaluable. WE CAN SEE AREAS OF THE ROOF THEY CAN’T.
Drones and Camera Poles eliminate the risks such as falls, collapsing roofs under the inspector’s feet, shingle damage, and much more.
Provides Safe Roof Inspection
Drone roof inspection eliminates most of the risks associated with conventional roof inspection methods. The risks arise due to the nature and design of the buildings. Complex designs, great heights, deteriorated roofs, and structures as well as hard to access areas can pose several risks to the inspectors, occupants of a building and those people around it. Collecting the data without putting the lives of the inspectors at risk is one of the major benefits of using the drones to inspect a wide range of properties.
Ability to Collect in-depth Data
Drones can access almost any part of the roof and collect more useful information using its high-quality image and video cameras. Even though there is still a requirement for the human expertise, a drone-based roof inspection is faster, more efficient and accurate. Modern building inspection technologies allow inspectors to get more details about the roof. By accessing the difficult to reach and tight spaces, the drones can capture more information that an inspector would not have seen using the conventional means.
Technology
So why hire technology-advanced home inspectors that have cutting-edge technology at his or her disposal? It is all about thoroughness and accuracy. Although experienced home inspectors have an uncanny ability to detect potential home problems, technology offers a “step up,” when it’s most needed. The use of Drones and Tablets requires a shorter time to carry out a more thorough property inspection. High-quality pictures make the report simple and easy to understand.
